A humanitarian plea to his majesty King Abdullah the second, 
Orwa Al-Qawabah is a young life loving third year mechanical engineering student at the University of Jordan. 4 months ago, Orwa was diagnosed with the rare Hepatolenticular Degeration disease; more commonly known as Wilson’s disease. Orwa has been in a coma for 23 days at the university of Jordan’s hospital. Orwa’s medical condition is critical and cannot wait. 
This disease requires a certain type of medication only available outside of Jordan. It can be found in Canada and the United States but is very expensive and is not issued to individuals rather to institutions . Even though Orwa has a full insurance due to his enrollment at the University of Jordan, the university refuses to provide the required medication. The hospital stated that the medication can only be redeemed through official channels. 
Attached is the official medical report of Orwa’s condition. The hospital’s report states that the medication can only be supplied post a formal request from the University’s president to the Jordanian administration of food and drugs. 
We express entreaty to all concerned parties and anyone that can help to provide any possible form of assistance. We implore the King of Jordan, his majesty, King Abdullah to provide Orwa with a chance to live the life that has been taken away from him. Orwa has a bright promising future ahead of him and only with your help can he pursue that future.
